All that and more is possible through EstateX: the project poised to disrupt global real estate with the power of Web3. In a nutshell, EstateX is an all-in-one RWA platform built for bringing real estate on-chain - EstateX facilitates every step of the process, from tokenization to trading and beyond. Through their platform, users will be able to browse and and buy fractionalized slices of properties located all around the world.

The company has already secured legal approval to operate in the US and Europe, with plans to expand into the Middle East and Asia in 2025. They've also secured a massive partnership with Re/Max— one of the biggest real estate firms in the world with offices in over 110 countries and almost 150,000 agents worldwide—who will work with them to bring high-quality real estate offerings to platform participants.

In addition to the flagship EstateX App, the project also has plans to launch their own ESX Blockchain in Q4 this year. This will be custom built to host the EstateX platform and ecosystem, as well as their white-label solutions. These solutions, currently under development, will be offered to industry partners such as Re/Max as a ready-made framework for tokenizing their real estate holdings, positioning EstateX as 'a leading tokenization infrastructure provider'.

$ESX is the primary token of the EstateX platform, set for launch on Binance Smart Chain, Ethereum, and Solana on January 28. $ESX will be used for all payments on the platform, as well as for securing access to real estate offerings and other key features, such as priority access to new real estate listings.
